Guest Services

• Planning your stay: Our local knowledge will help you find the best fishing, beachcombing, restaraunts, or places to just sit and enjoy the Daintree.
• Transfers: Return transfers are available from Cairns or Port Douglas. Rates on application.
• Phone Away Cards: Phone away cards are available for purchase at Tranquility on the Daintree and come in denominations of $10, $20, $50 and $100. These cards may be used anywhere in Australia.
• Food/Grocery Pickup Service: All food purchased on your behalf will be charged at cost. In addition, we charge a flat $80 for this service which includes travel to and from Mossman supermarket, shopping and put away of groceries upon return.
• Massage Service: An onsite massage service can be provided, custom made to suit your needs. Price on application.

Terms and Conditions

• All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST
• Check in 2.30pm. Check out 10.30am
• A 50% deposit is required as confirmation of booking.
• We require a 2 night minimum stay, except during the Christmas and Easter periods when there is a 5 night minimum stay
• Children of all ages are welcome
• Rates shown are for 1-2 guests. Tranquility on the Daintree sleeps 10 and extra guest rate is $70 per adult and $40 per child, per night

Tranquility on the Daintree Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter the above rates at any time without notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings cancelled 50 days to 21 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total cost of the accommodation.
• Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• No refund can be given in the event of a non-arrival or for unused services.

We recommend that you consider travel insurance to protect you in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen cause. Tranquility on the Daintree Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any loss as a failure to so insure.

Liability: We do not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise of service providers over whom we have no direct control. Nor do we accept any liability for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event, which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part
